U.S. Supreme Court denies parents of vaccine damaged children right to sue Pharma Companies

In a 6-2 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has handed down a decision that bars parents of vaccine-damaged children from seeking justice against vaccine manufacturers. The parents, Robalee and Russell Bruesewitz of Pittsburgh, saw their healthy child damaged by a diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis vaccine in April, 1992. Just hours after receiving the shot, their daughter Hannah went into seizures. Today she still suffers fromresidual seizure disorder.

The parents sought compensation by first filing their case with the vaccine court -- a special pseudo-justice system set up by the U.S. government to provide blanket immunity to the drug companies while still offering settlement payouts for parents whose children are damaged by vaccines. Since being formed in 1986, this court has paid out $1.9 billion to parents whose children were damaged by vaccines.

But in the case of Bruesewitz, their claim was denied. The vaccine court, after all, is run by the U.S. government, and the government doesn't want too many payouts to take place because that would set a precedent of vaccine damage that could cost the government billions (or even trillions) of dollars in unexpected settlement fees.

So the Bruesewitz parents decided to file their claim in the regular court system as their last remaining option for seeking justice for the damage caused to their child by what can only be called a "faulty product" (the vaccine).

The great injustice of legal immunity for vaccine manufacturers.  It is interesting that most people agree with the idea that when corporations make dangerous products that harm or kill children, they should be held accountable. Makers of baby strollers or infant formula, for example, are not granted immunity from lawsuits. Nor are makers of automobile child restraint seats or baby cribs. In every case other than vaccines, corporations are held accountable for the safety of their products. But like magic, when it comes to vaccines, safety is not their concern because they have zero liability anyway.

The liability, it turns out, has been shifted to the federal government which requires children take these vaccines (and even prosecutes parents that don't).   They anticipate a certain amount of "damage" which to them is acceptable ... and operates its "let's-make-a-mockery-of-justice" vaccine court. This puts the federal government in the position of denying any validity to legitimate claims that vaccines harm children, because to admit such a thing would cause a tidal wave of claims to come flooding into the vaccine court, resulting in potentially trillions of dollars in payouts to all the parents whose children have been harmed by vaccines.

What we have here, folks, is a genuine circle-the-wagons, cover-your-eyes, deny-the-truth cover-up involving Big Government and Big Pharma operating "in cahoots." The government gives the vaccine industry blanket immunity, then they both join hands in denying that vaccines cause any damage whatsoever.

The parents, meanwhile, are denied their Constitutional right to due process! Such is the upshot of today's Supreme Court decision, which has now condemned countless more children to suffer the seizures, comas and deaths caused by vaccines -- even while their parents will have no legitimate legal recourse.

That's why this situation is not only a travesty of public health but also a travesty of justice.

Vaccines are medical violence against children. The vaccine industry is killing children. It is maiming them, destroying their nervous systems and causing permanent harm.These are acts of medical violence committed against children. Even the vaccine court admits this link through its own cash payouts to parents of damaged (or dead) children.

And yet, the U.S. government continues to endorse these acts of violence against children. It even goes so far as to excuse them by providing immunity to the corporations whose products harm these children.

It doesn't take a genius to realize that this blanket immunity takes away any incentive of safety from the vaccine manufacturers. With no liability, what motivation do they have to improve the safety of their products? They have none. No wonder vaccines continue to be so dangerous, manufactured with mercury, aluminum and formaldehyde among other neurotoxic ingredients.

This entire situation is nothing less than extraordinary. The vaccine industry gets blanket immunity. The government denies parents their Constitutional right to due process. The children continue to be harmed and killed by vaccines, and yet the parents have no means by which they can seek justice.

This is entirely un-America. It is a violation of the Constitution, a violation of justice and of course a violation of the health of our children.

This is, effectively, an act of state-sponsored medical terrorism against parents and children.

And it begs the question: When parents are denied due process; denied their Constitutional rights; denied their day in court and denied compensation for the harm that has been brought upon their children, what options of recourse do they have left?

25% of US Children Take (Chronic Prescription) Drugs

The rate of prescription drug use among children and teens continues to rise, with a new report from Medco Health Solutions Inc. saying that at least a quarter of all U.S. children are now regularly taking pharmaceutical drugs. And according to the report, many of these drugs were originally intended for adults, and carry with them unknown side effects for long-term use in young people.

The Wall Street Journal(WSJ) reports that in addition to taking drugs for conditions like attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and asthma, children are now taking things like sleeping pills, diabetes drugs and even statin drugs, which are typically only prescribed for adults. The report cites an eight-year-old boy, for example, who has been taking blood pressure medications since he was a baby.

Dr. Danny Benjamin, a professor of pediatrics at Duke University, admitted to the WSJ that prescribing chronic medications to children is a serious problem. "We know we're making errors in dosing and safety," he said, noting also that parents must do more to question the safety of medicines their doctors prescribe.

Experts worry that the increasing prevalence of children taking prescription drugs is causing these young people serious harm, and that parents should instead seek out dietary and lifestyle changes for their children. But because many doctors continue to dole out the drugs like candy, despite known dangers, many parents just accept them for their children without giving it a second thought.

And the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has done little, if anything, to warn the public about the dangers of using chronic prescription drugs, especially in small children.

Safety studies in young people are not necessarily required in order for doctors to prescribe adult medications to children, as long as the drug is already FDA-approved.

There's been little discussion about the  euphemistically-named full-body "pat downs" taking place in US airports as they effect CHILDREN.

We've put up numerous videos now of very young children being stripped searched in public, touched against their will, and, in any other place and under any other circumstances, molested by TSA screeners.

Parents are counseled to tell their children that these "screenings" are a game.  

The US news media's comment on this?

Deafening silence. 

Instead they ask us if we aren't being "too sensitive" and tell us there needs to be a "balance between
security and privacy." 

Children are being taught that anyone in uniform has free access to their bodies...that they can't say "no"...and that their parents are unable to protect them. 

In turn, parents are being taught that they cannot protect their children.

The only word that comes to my mind to describe this enterprise is "Criminal."
Criminy! The SS and the SD were ever watchful of child abuse in the Hitler Jugend, particularly since its head, Baldur von Schirach was a purported closet homosexual and child molestor. But he was  Hitler crony and Reinhard Heydrich, who headed the SD could only threaten him with exposure or worse if he crossed the line.

Governments with too much POWER to fight so called terrorists, revolutionaries and dangerous foreign agents become the worst offenders against their own children. The see them as property. 

In Soviet Russia, the Head of the secret NKVD which later morphed into the KGB was a crony of Stalin. He was a fellow Georgian. Lavrenti Beria was an authentic Monster. He was a pedophile with a huge sexual appetite. From the darkened windows of his Russian designed limousine he would look at the little boys walking in the streets with their Mamushkas or Babushkas. The men were at the front fighting the Nazis. His driver would be ordered to stop the car . One of his bodyguards would descend and simply lead the child away. At first the parent screamed and yelled. They were shot instantly. The boys were too terrified to let out a sound. Beria was into Torture and Sodomy. When he was through with what he called"My beautiful little rag dolls,' they would be dispatched by pressing a gun at the nape of their neck.

Doubt not that we have Pedophiles at all echelons of government in all of the industrialized countries. They hunger and lust for little boys and girls. TSA gives them them the authority to  fondle these innocents backed by the law.    

Did not the TSA, Homeland Security, and the White House (and the jackals in Congress that fund this
insanity) anticipate this as an outcome?

There are two possibilities here: either this is official idiocy and arrogance of the highest order or this outcome was anticipated and deemed acceptable.  

I don't know the answer...but I do know that as a government agency that works closely with the CIA
and FBI, Homeland Security and the TSA have access to hundreds of psychologists and psychiatrists,
in their employ, under contract, and available  at the drop of a dime. 

I am not an expert in child abuse so I asked my friend and colleague Kenneth Wooden for his comment. 

Wooden is a former journalist and author of the chilling and important book "The Children of Jonestown."

His experience covering the Jonestown story and seeing the hundreds of children's coffins that came back from Guyana motivated him to create a training company that teaches children how to identify and protect themselves from predators. 

I asked him what he thinks of the TSA's policy of commanding its employees to strip search and conduct
full body "pat downs" of small children.

I specifically asked him his opinion of the TSA advising that young children be told that these officially 
sanctioned intrusions of their bodies are a game.

As a national child personal safety expert, I submit the TSA  crosses the line when it allows the patting down of children for  security reasons, cloaked as a game.  

The most recent Gallup Poll on childhood abuse revealed that in just one year, more than a million children were sexually and physically abused. Along the same lines, the American Medical Association has referred to the rape and sexual exploitation of women and children as a "violent and silent epidemic."  Men increasingly reveal how they were sexually assaulted in their youth, by a rainbow of sexual predators, usually someone they knew.

Given that background - and the number of survivors that have been sexually abused and exploited - it is beyond comprehension how the Homeland Security Agency's  TSA can conceive of such insensitive and invasive security checks on our children and youth.  Even worse, they want to depict pat downs of
children as a game!  As an investigative researcher/reporter who has interviewed well over a thousand sexual offenders, I can document that one of the favorite ploys to lure children and youth into sexual abuse is to disguise it as a "game."

How can experts working at the TSA be so incredibly misinformed and misguided to suggest that full body pat downs for children be portrayed as a game?!To do so is completely contrary to what we in the sexual abuse prevention field have been trying to accomplish for the past thirty years. Such policy could essentially desensitize children to inappropriate touch and ultimately make it easier for sexual offenders to prey on our children. This policy is also incredibly insensitive to the countless victims who have
already been traumatized by unwanted touching in their lives and could be re-traumatized by such pat-downs. 

In my judgment as a lifelong journalist and child advocate, such unapprised actions by the TSA borders on criminal negligence and, legally speaking, "deliberate indifference to the future emotional well being of millions of victims and the potential for far too many more young victims."
